A view looking down the line towards Parson Street station in Bristol on the afternoon of Friday 11 February 2022. On the left is Class 66 loco no. 66095 of DB Cargo at the head of 6Z72, the Llanwern Exchange Sidings (1320 hrs) to Portbury Automotive Terminal working. By way of contrast it passes GWR Class 165 DMU no. 165133, forming 2K42, the Weston-super-Mare (1510 hrs) to Severn Beach service. This was seen at 1536 hrs, by which time the light was fading rapidly, so I opted for a punchy mono rendition of the scene.
