In a Patch of Light

A Class 43 set climbs the bank from the eastern end of the Severn Tunnel towards Pilning station on the afternoon of Thursday 27 July 2017. This was a highly changeable day weather-wise, and here a shaft of light through the stormy cloud illuminates the train. This was 1L86, a GWR service from Swansea to London Paddington.
