On a day when summer seemed finally to have arrived, Class 66 loco no. 66152 of DB Cargo heads north through Oxford station at the head of 6E11, the Appleford Sidings (1200 hrs) to Milford West Sidings working on Wednesday 14 July 2021. The train was running seven minutes late at this point, and caught me out somewhat, but I was pleased with the diesel haze effects in what was a quick reaction shot.
The unusual load is, I believe, empty fly ash tanks mounted on FCA twin bogie flat cars.
