On the afternoon of Tuesday 20 July 2021, Class 66 loco no. 66186 of DB Cargo storms northwards through Culham station in Oxfordshire. This working was 4M71, the Southampton Docks (0947 hrs) to Birch Coppice Exchange Sidings intermodal service. It was running 109 minutes late at this point. Culham station is a charming spot. On the left is the old Brunel-designed ticket office, currently 177 years old and Grade II* listed by English Heritage. To the right is the Railway Inn, which dates from 1846.
