This dingy looking office block stands on the east side of the River Usk in Newport, Gwent. It doesn't appear to have any occupants currently. If the interior is as scruffy as the exterior then I am not surprised. It does however offer a reflective view of the railway bridge, seen here as Class 60 locomotive no. 60015 of DB Cargo crosses westwards with 6B41, the Westerleigh Murco to Robeston Sidings petroleum tanks. This was on the afternoon of Friday 15 February 2019.
I shot this scene with the camera dangling over the side of a multi-storey car park, using live view and the articulated rear screen. First time I have tried this technique, and it seems to have delivered the goods!
