Three Locos at Parson Street, Bristol

Three Locos at Parson Street, Bristol

The scene here is Bristol Freightliner Terminal at 1213 hrs on Wednesday 04 August 2021. The terminal is located a short distance down the line from Parson Street station. Passing up the mainline are Class 68 locos nos. 68002 and 68007 of Direct Rail Services, working as 6M63, the 1130 hrs Bridgwater to Crewe nuclear flasks. In the terminal Class 60 loco no. 60046 of DC Rail stands as its wagons are loaded with ballast. This train later departed as 6Z24, the 1427 hrs Bristol FLT to Willesden DC Rail Sidings working. This is the first time that I have managed to capture three locos in the same frame in Bristol.
