The location here is the Vazon Sliding Railway Bridge over the Stainforth & Keadby Canal in North Lincolnshire. At 1049hrs on Monday 02 June 2025, DB Cargo locos nos. 66718 (leading) & 66207 head westwards over the sliding bridge, operating as 6X01, the Scunthorpe Trent (1018hrs) to Eastleigh Yard engineers working. The crossing control box can be seen on the left. On this date the sliding bridge was inoperative, much to the frustration of several boaters that I spoke to during my time here.
